The flat has an entrance hall, kitchen (equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher), dining room with balcony, two bedrooms (one of which is already occupied by a university student), bathroom (with washing machine), and large storage room. We are looking for a quiet flatmate, non-smoker, no pets, who possibly speaks English (the current flatmate speaks English).
